Payment & Pickup Policy

1. Payment

  • Once you win an item, an invoice will be sent to your email.
  • Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe using the accepted payment methods listed on the invoice. (In most cases, timeframe)
  • Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiture of the item and cancellation of your bid. In addition it may charge storage or late pickup fees.

2. Pickup

  • After payment is confirmed, you can collect your items at the designated pickup location provided in the invoice or on the website.
  • Pickup times and dates will be specified, and items must be collected within the given window. You can also schedule pickup by reaching out to the support team.
  • Please bring your invoice and a valid ID (e.g., Driving license, Passport) when collecting your items.

3. Shipping (if applicable)

  • Some items may offer shipping options. Check the item listing for details.
  • Shipping costs, if available, will be added to your invoice.

FAQ

What if I did not pick up an item after winning a bid?

  • Late Pickup Fees: The auction house may charge storage or late pickup fees if items are not collected within the specified timeframe. To avoid these fees, make sure to pick up your items on the next business day after the auction. Late fee will be 5% of your bid amount & storage fees depend on size of your purchased item.
  • Suspension:Your account may be blocked if you fail to collect items. Since this suspension is tied to your driver's license, you will not be able to open a new account using a different mobile number or email address in the future.
  • Refunds:If you’ve placed a bid by mistake, a penalty of 10% of the bid amount will be charged, and the bid will be canceled. To resolve this, you must contact auction support within the designated time frame after the purchase.

How do I pay?

  • Payments can be made at our warehouse. We accept cash, debit, credit cards*, and e-transfers. Please note that e-transfers must be verified by management before items can be released.
  • If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf and you plan to use an e-transfer, please reach out to us through our website or by phone to inform us before their arrival.
  • A 2% surcharge will apply to any orders paid with a credit card, either fully or partially, due to high processing fees. This surcharge is added after the buyer's premium and before HST. Orders paid entirely by other methods will not incur this fee.

What if I refuse an item?

If you decide to refuse an item won at auction, a 15% restocking fee will apply to the total amount (calculated after premium and tax). For instance, if you won an item for $100, the restocking fee would be $15.

Please note that you can only refuse an item at the time of payment and pickup. Once you leave our facility, you cannot refuse the item.

This restocking fee does not apply to items covered by our warranty and returns policy.

Am I able to arrange a specific pick-up time?

Yes, you can schedule a pick-up time. Please contact us through our website or by phone to arrange a convenient time for your visit. We’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule!

What should I bring with me?

You should bring a government-issued ID for identification purposes. This ensures a smooth pickup process and verifies your identity.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf. However, they will need to bring a government-issued ID for verification (Yours & Your friend ID). Additionally, please ensure they have your authorization or any relevant paperwork that confirms they are authorized to collect the order. This helps us maintain security and ensure a smooth pickup process.
